Outrigger Canoe Adventures - The Sport of Ancient Hawaiians

Discover the joy of Hawaiian Outrigger canoeing on the sparkling waters of Mission Bay

Gather your friends and book this super fun event.  Includes history, customs, Hawaiian language, the spirit of aloha and more. You'll learn stroke technique with instruction and hands on land drills.

Then we'll launch and paddle the waters like the ancient Polynesians, sun on our faces and wind rustling our hair.
Touring the Bay and estuaries, while discovering new sights, you'll learn interesting facts of when and how it was built, as sea birds fly low across the water and peck at the shore as we pass.  Sometimes we even see dolphins in the Bay - a special treat and very good luck!  During the paddle we'll stop to continue the training and precision of the stroke.

Upon our return we'll stow the canoe and have a little Q&A.  Each paddler gets a bottle of water, and a keepsake Hawaiian Outrigger Canoe booklet.
