Two ancient spirits half way through carving.For corporate team building, it's a blast of playful interaction, and child like imagination.  It means richer relationships, easier projects, and a better working environment for everyone.  Discover excellence and extraordinary achievement from a TEAM, greater than it's individual parts.  Also great for parties, family reunions, bachelor & bachelorette parties, fundraisers and more.

Aloha - "Breath of Life" - Spirit of the island people.  Written into Hawaiian law, it's letters stand for the native words meaning: Kindness, Unity, Agreeableness, Honesty, and Patient Perseverance.

Inspire your gang Mo' Bettah!

Liquid refreshments are provided.  Each participant will keep the products of their aloha creativeness, along with their instruction booklets.  Lunches and other extras can be provided.  Your place is great, or ours* if you prefer.

Each participant rotates through four stations of:
      Tiki carving,
      Lei making
      Lava Petraglyph carving
      Hula

Outline:
20 minutes:  An overview of the event and a loosen up exercise to get your right brain creativeness flowing, and encourage fun and easy communication.

2 hours: You'll break into four teams and participate in each of the four stations for 30 minutes.
15 minutes:  Each team will come up with your Hawaiian "Talk Story", the custom of sharing information and story telling.
5 min. per team:  Using any of your creative items, each team will perform your "story" to the group.
Finally, everyone votes on the

c)  Most Topical
d)  Best Hawaiian "Talk Story"

     Mo' Bettah Tiki Aloha

Each of you will design and carves your own Tiki from scratch using Balsa wood with simple tools, stains, and paints.

Outline:
10 minutes:  We'll do a loosen up exercise first, get your creative juices flowing, and nurture communication in an atmosphere of easy participation.
2.5 hours: Carve your own Tiki with instruction, sample images, and some ancient spirit Tiki history.

10 minutes:  You'll break into teams, and develop your Hawaiian "Talk Story", the custom of sharing information and story telling.
5 min. per team: Using your Tikis, each team will perform your "story" to the group.
Finally, everyone votes on the
a)  Most Original
b)  Funniest
c)  Most Topical
d)  Best Hawaiian "Talk Story".
